Thought I would share with you all my latest run in with my local council's contractors! 
I post Facebook similar scenario's that I encounter in everyday life - Those situations that if you can't laugh about you would end up sectioned!!
All spelling errors are very deliberate & often reflect some of the halfwits that are the assigned 'Contractors'

The Electric Shower Sarger Concluded Today - For Now!
After 3 previous visits in a vain attempt to save money & failing dismally every time along with the expected barrage of excuses 'Oh the guy that came last time is on holiday' or 'Your shower hose is the wrong length & type' being just two of them, it was time to throw in the towel with the pointless 'Repair' scenario & just replace the bloody thing which should have been first on the list!!
We WILL be here on Monday trumpeted the second guy that seemingly 'Took over' from the first shower (Excuse the pun) that came out...............
Monday arrives & I waited with bated breath for the 'Contracted Repairers' to turn up!!
Third guy turns up carrying nothing that resembled a shower in any shape or form!
I can tell you what's happened here he mumbled...........I had a shower replacement to perform on Friday afternoon & without realising I installed your new shower there instead! Quite Extraordinary I retorted......................So what happens now?? I gingerly enquired!
Oh don't worry he trilled, I have ordered you another one - as if he wouldn't have done! - It will be here Wednesday!
By now I was completely 'Caught up in the Tentyhooks' & beginning to get just a little irate - having to go to a friends to bath & shower is just a little inconvenient!!
This morning arrives along with the little man & his friend the 'Special Tester' armed with a new shower for my wetroom - 'I Got Your New Shower' he triumphantly announced & after wasting another good 20 minutes talking about large loudspeakers & television sets as well as how much the new shower cost?? they trundled off to the wetroom to 'Work'
Took about an hour, after which they both scuttled off after a brief 'Demonstration' which was totally unnecessary as it was the same as my last shower apart from a small cosmetic change.................I did however get another importance of the shower hose lecture!
So, I have a working shower once again albeit with somewhat weak water flow................What else could possibly go wrong???
Stay tuned for updates - I have a feeling that this may not be the end of the 'Shower Sarger' (Yes i know it's saga) but I spell it wrong for a reason............that's for another day!
