Hello all,
Am new to the forum with that new collector smell (no not my feet) and enjoyed reading about how many of the treasures of the past are being brought back to life.
I was in high school during the time of the massive boxes that would take up space in the classrooms of my days and sit on the curb taking up their own space as they pumped out tunes and gave status to those who had them. The bigger the better back then...
Fast forward to now and nostalgia catching up to me as I lurk in Ebay sniping a few deals to get my own bit of the past ready to enjoy.
I have a Pioneer SK 550and a Sharp vz2000 coming to me next week. I cannot wait to crack them open and clean them up an troubleshoot to see what needs fixing and what will work just fine.
As they say...this is only the beginning...; )
I have been all over the forums looking and reading and enjoy what I see.
