Hello guys, I would like to buy a Sharp GF-777, but I have noticed that many have a dent on the upper central part.
The upper floor is no longer straight, but has a flexure in the middle. You can see the photo below.
Why does this happen?

Thanks

Hopefully you find a nice one, I love mine. They have a great layout.

These really dont have much structural support in the center , my guess would be from people stacking the boxes over time makes the middle sag.

I made the experience that this may be an optical illusion in the pictures or by the camera that took the shot. I bought a VZ2000 for parts back then which looked terribly crooked in the picture and was totally fine (straight lines) in reality.

There may be units that are crooked due to stacking or whatever - but if you want to be safe ask the seller for another picture / picture in another angle.

I have currently gone six of the 777 family and had many more and never had one that sags in the middle
Must be how the pics are taken

I have had over 50 909's never seen one sag in the middle
i dont see any reason it would happen
wide angle lenses as on phones may be the problem
and as its a big box easy to look out of shape in photos
the 777 has very good construction the handle is connected to the back case so no pressure on the case
the speakers also have metal brackets to keep it all good
really cant see a problem and if there was the seller should mention it
