Hi All,
Anyone replaced the belts on a Silver SR2040? Looking for tips or a starting point!

Just replaced 5 belts in a Silver SR2040. Deck 1 plays and FF fine now but not RW. Deck 2 still not working... the reels are very weak and with very little force stop turning - if turning at all. Before I crack her back open for another look, what else would I be looking for with this sort of problem?
