I was curious if the M80, lacking a loudness switch, might have it built-in for the bottom half of the volume range like a lot of boxes do.
Nope. The volume sliders don't have a midpoint tap nor is there an associated RC filter. I wonder if this is why it sounds so flat when compared to an M70 or M90? It seems like an odd omission.
