Normal cleaner doesn’t do anything to take it off.

I’m good brother how you been? You can try stripping it down and soaking it with mild soap and warm water. If we know what it actually was it might be easier to give solutions.GHETTOBLASTER4LIFE said:

Yeh if you leave it plugged in! Always have to keep well away from the transformer if you’re testing it out whilst it’s open. Simple safety measure tho...don’t plug it in

I used the headlight wax and it came out alot better , a long way from perfect , thanks to everyone that helped out .

Glad you're back and with a conion ,sometimes you get better boxes when you take a break from collecting and fixing then bam out nowhere you're back.
