Lol ... The seller wanted 100 bucks but we came to an agreement at 80. I think that was a fair deal ..

To tell you truth I really don't know. He seemed like a pretty good guy that was just going through some hard times . He Lives in a very bad part of Gardena California in a trailer on a very very bad street.. about 25 old beat up trailers and homeless tents on that same street. He actually wanted $50 in his ad. I offered him 100. But he settles at 80. So who am I to argue.
