I agree, and if you want the best glue in the world try testors model master liquid cement .I use it to glue broken boxes and its awesome.

I have been using 2-part plasti-weld, but it's messy and wasteful. The vapors are probably toxic too lol

I would say it's ABS which is pretty tough. Can be welded with a soldering iron or heat gun. I use the superglue with primer to keep it neat and tidy.

Yeah, polystyrene and ABS make up 99% of it. Sometimes you can see a resin mark, like these I saw inside some recent teardowns.
