Need help for deck ' s problem

When closing, the door of left 's deck  does not lock. No noise as for right's deck. See video
The only difference is the position of a spring inside the cassette compartment. See photos
 
Can you help me please?

It looks like the springs in first picture is wrong.

Right on norm ,the prongs should be inside the holes behind the door.

How did those springs come out from the holes? Now you have to remove the front side and align the door correctly like the one in the second pic. Norm and Floyd :yes:  could easily see the problem!
