I've never bought from this seller, because his stuff is extremely high priced, but it seems like he always has several mint looking boomers for sale at any given time. He's even had multiple mint C100's for sale over the past year. I'd like to know where he's finding all these mint boxes.........they certainly don't look like they were picked up at thrift shops or flea markets.

I got the impression he's trying to sell the same boxes over and over, because nobody cares for his prices.
I know I don't.

I had a collector from Vladi's neck of the woods in Asheville, NC drive all the way from there to Wisconsin to pick out 3-4 of my radios to buy and take back home. About 13 hour drive each way for him but he insisted that he drive here to get them and not to ship any. He even rented a car for the drive.

Either way, he has been at Vladi's place live and in person. There is a section of the house he doesn't let anyone in. It is where all the magic happen and where hoards of MEGA blasters are stored for restoration and safe keeping until the market swings in his favor to sell on ebay at huge prices.

I have not personally dealt with Vladi but this guy has and he left me with his *unnaturally clean* JVC M90 to put a LED kit in the VUs. I have to say that it was STOOOOPID clean inside. Every board, nook, cranny, gap, crevice, was squeaky clean. Every wire holder was in place, every twist and turn of the wires were in brand new positions and angles. Almost unreal.

I did save some pictures of the inside of the M90 from Vladi:

That, and he flips boxes he was able to buy cheaply because they weren't marketed very well. He bought one of those Sears boxes with the blue grills and then re-listed it only 2-3 weeks later for a lot more money, with some new LED's in the meters. There is nothing wrong with that.

This is exactly true. He buys auctions that are shady, crappy details, crappy pictures, but knows what he is looking for. He then does some kind of work on them and puts up for sale at prices that push the limits.

Yeah pretty much all the high-dollar Ebay sellers these days are Russian, Ukranian, or Bulgarian. The Chinese have been eclipsed, lol.

Well he purchased my crown 850 for $50 less than I was asking. No biggie but he had it for 4 days then messaged me that deck worked fine but on 4th day kept auto stopping. I explained I had fully restored it with new belt and pinch roller and cleaned, greased and demagnatized head. I had no issues for well over year. Then he messaged me back stating the strap bar was loose and that I glued it and never posted it in auction. Which I answered that it was posted about being repaired with jb weld and showed pics of repair and with me holding it showing that it was sturdy.

He then asked for refund and I said I would refund but he had to pay shipping back to me and that I was charging 20% restocking fee, which is what ebay told me to say. So far he hasn't answered back but I did get chance to go through his feedback and he does have quite a few bad marks from buyers. Sorry to say that if he bought unit to try and resell at higher amount it would be hard because I had over $500 invested in unit and didn't even make $400
