I tried many times to register to this site. Several times after completion of steps couldn't get access but somehow today was able to get access. I hope administrators do something about complications during registration of new members.

Anyway, Glad to be here, I live in United states and have been collecting vintage electronics. I have few boomboxes, reel to reel players, and some walkmans,

The pain to register is worth it. I don't remember it being hard?

Welcome! Glad you toughed it out and made it on here.
I've heard that also from collectors on the Boomboxery facebook group, so they just stay over there.

The content there is all in this skinny scrolling timeline that has no search tool, and posts are forgotten quickly.
Here though, it's actually a forum with sections and ways to easily navigate older content, with a lot more options and physical space.

It's sad because there are a lot of very active collectors there.
Whenever someone complains about an issue I tell them to get on the real site where the experts are
