How Much for strap ?



It looks like your radio does not have hooks on the top for a universal strap, so you will need the 2 handle mount straps too. Total will be $25 shipped in the usa.

What happened here? I have done everything you asked and now you are lashing out at me? Swearing will get you really far.

The only pictures of a small black strap I sent you was AFTER you ordered when you asked how to attach the handle strap. The pictures were only to show how the small straps hook to the handle of a radio, they were not pictures of your specific order.

I also emailed the picture to you of your original dark gray shoulder strap and 2 smaller light gray handle straps letting you know your straps were finished and ready to ship. You never questioned the color then, but this is my fault?



Trust me that's not lashing out, yes I got the first pics of small grey straps you sent ,when I asked to change my Order BEFORE I paid you never mentioned that the small straps were still gonna be grey and not matching AT ALL with my new order. Would you be cool with those mismatched colors on YOUR equipment? You obviously have or had access to black small straps before, I would have gladly waited instead of paying 25$ for a order that YOU thought was gonna be alright with ME.


I apreciate If you can somehow compensate me, up to you from here . I don't feel I'm wrong. 25 $ may not seem like nothing to you, but I have kids and rarely treat myself to things like this.

The $25 doesn't make or break me but I don't deserve this much hassle and grief over $25 either. What a punk.

How are you supposed to compensate him? He has the strap he ordered. He really wants compensation for gray hooks...really? It doesn't affect how he will use the strap. There are some phychos out there. Selling anything these days isn't worth it. Sorry this happened to you Joe.

I'll tell ya, I am about done with the current generation of people. As far as I am concerned they are an embarrassment to their predecessors. Soft from cushy couches, air conditioning and instant eBay/Paypal refunds any time they feel "Uncomfortable" with a transaction. I'm sick of their rice paper thin skin and hyper offended whining! I'm sick of people screaming FOUL at every pitch thrown their way just so they can walk the bases for FREE!

None of these people and I mean F'N NONE OF THEM would survive life just 50 years ago let alone the trek from the east to west coast of the United States in the 1850's and gawd forbid the cold winters and human migrations across northern europe 10,000 years ago.

It's time to cull them from the herd, leave them behind to be eaten by the saber toothed tigers or gang members or homeless people that would rip them to shreds.

I know what you are going through. I deal with crap like that all the time, since I sell a lot through my website.

However, take comfort to know that PayPal protection is not eBay protection. If you ship and provide tracking, you should most likely be ok. I have had to deal with dozens of frivolous claims over the years. (Knock on wood), I have a better than 95% success ratio in defending claims. In fact I think I only lost 1 in 5 years and that was only when PayPal made some big changes in their updated user agreements and this was during transition period. Defending takes time and in most cases, the time expended generally exceeds what the disputed amount was, but it's the principle of the matter.

Should have just spray painted the dang smaller straps black and called it a day . Like Norm said though I don't think you have anything to worry about but next time tell them to send money as gift to friend/family and that's only way you will except Paypal.

a big loss is the SEVERAL solid hours you spent to provide all these accurate//honest emails to him/her and all those photos
plus re-packing and the time it took to make the non-stock strap for this ahole

however --if this rip-off is just a one in fifty occasion for your ebay business
then just write it all off as a bad joke --
and just be glad he/she did not order a dozen !!
