Oh boy, here we go.
Interesting ebay buyer, knows the market a little bit. Check these messages out....
Here is my original ebay listing:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/252574135186?ssPageName=STRK:MESOX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1561.l2649
I get an offer for $250 shipped with service manual with no note attached.
Cool, no problem. Looks like a serious offer so I sent a counter offer with a note.
"Your message to kopelian: With the shipping and service manual included with this auction, I can't go $250. Best I can do $350 total with manual and shipping included. Ebay and paypal take too much money these days which makes the price of goods higher."
He replied back with an offer for $280 and a note attached saying something about how only fully working ones are worth $350 etc...
I sent another counter offer for $350 with a note attached.
"I agree, the selling price for a fully working one is $350. Condition of this one is top 10 from what I have seen and the manual is worth at least $50 + the amount of fees and shipping I will pay puts this to $350, so that's my final counter."
He accepted the $350 offer I sent but with this note attached with my words twisted around:
Please make shure everythink is work as described exept tape.sound is good.cosmeticly 10/10 as you said.please pack it over carefully to avoid shipping damage.
I sent him this wordy reply:
" see you had a note attached to the accepted offer saying this:
"Note to seller
Please make shure everythink is work as described exept tape.sound is good.cosmeticly 10/10 as you said.please pack it over carefully to avoid shipping damage"
I never stated that the condition is 10/10 so please don't put words in my mouth as you think I said them.
This is exactly what I said:

****Condition of this one is top 10 from what I have seen****
I did not say ---> *** cosmeticly 10/10*** like your note suggests. Those are very different meanings.
The listing had all the information and pictures to show condition and describe the functions.
Thank you.
The radio should arrive on the 18th. I shipped it on Monday the 10th as I said I would on Friday the 7th.
"
He replies with this:
"Will see"
So I replied again:
It sounds like you are doubting the condition of the radio after you already purchased it. I don't over promise or sell items with false descriptions.
If you have any questions after the item arrives, contact me anytime.
His last reply:
You don.t have to worry if item is as described
I hate feeling like this guy is going to try to rake me through the coals already and he doesn't even have the radio yet.
Thoughts?
