Autostop issue (again) with Hitachi TRK-8190

Hello,

I have bought this boombox in good condition but full of dirt ans nicotine ... I cleaned and changed melted belts.
The autostop works fine with play but no with fw and rw.

Did you change all rubber belts?

In some boomboxes the RW and FF are run with separate belts. If they are not tight it might not activate the auto stop. Check on it.

Hello,

very hard to repair this boombox. its internal conception is not practical (no more place)
Finally, I have changed a tire and clean all the parts and its works now but it was hard.

Glad to hear it works now.
Hardening of rubber tires caused lots of problems.
