Hello all, I can't say I am an aficionado like yourselves, but I figured this was a good place to try and see if anyone is interested in my RVB550. My ex boyfriend gave it to me around 2001 as a present, and I have always taken great care of it.
I have to move in a few months and it sits in my closet, unused. I have everything it came with originally (strap, remote, etc) and it works and looks flawless.
I'd like it to go to a good home where it can be appreciated.
I found one that just recently sold on eBay [last week] for $225, and Overstock had it [out of stock] for $150. Then I saw a user on your forum bought one for $50, and everyone thought that was a really great price. Make me an offer...worst that can happen is I say no.
If anyone is in Florida and interested in buying mine, please reach out. ((Just read Norm's post on properly shipping a boombox, so shipping is an option.)
I will take pictures of it tonight, but was too excited to wait when I saw this forum/site!
