Hello.
This is little restoration project about Philips D8082 'Le Cube'.
I buy this sweet boombox from Zippy:

Boombox was very good packaged.

I know that have problems with knobs and tuning dial.

I clean very good boombox.

Repair very carefully 3 green knobs.
I make them heat up, straighten and filing.
Tuning dial was is very bad condition
and I found very good replacement.

Thanks for the kind words.
I really like the tuning knob and didn't think to paint it.
I am already at the final stage.
The cube has strap. It is possible to adjust:
When extended to the end, Phillips can be carried on the shoulder.
When retracted, it can be carried with one hand.
On pictures It is in the stowed position.

I finally got one of these after a long search, mine turned up at a local car boot. I have the original sealed strap to. Only bad bit is the aerial is missing the little ball thing, shame as its spot on else.
