So this happened! I changed my avitar a few days ago to see if some of you would ask about it. Some asked, and I said it was a photoshopped picture. I couldn't lead you on any more, lol.

Redfire metallic body.
M90 woofs painted black.
Internal BT with power toggle switch.
Rebelted.
Superduper VU led mod.
New antennas.
Silent silver effect paint on radio band and power metal trim plates.
Replaced handle ends.
Rebuilt volume pot.
Cleaned/deoxed/lubed.

Still has a couple issues I need to work out, but this baby is done enough to share 😎

Absolutely stunning.
Thanks for sharing the pics and play by play with me during the process. It was exciting as hell.
Absolutely love it.

You and another member pushed me into making some very good decisions with this. Its hard to take on a project with little/no feedback. Thanks again, you know who you are.

The original plan was for a full front case respray but I ran into delays with the scaled files for making the dry transfer rub on lettering. It could still happen in the future.

Nice work! I was actually eyeing your avatar & was curious but not sure if that was an old project or new....now I know....

Still think you should have goen with an RGB kit, even if you don't like the flashing LEDs you can change the colors on the fly with a remote....slick son slick!!

^ thats what the goal was. Trying to make it look like maybe this could have been a real option.

Thanks a lot guys!

This is actually my 3rd M90. One of my local contacts hooked me up. Was a good price, fair, not a slam dunk but worth it.

I'm still debating if I should eventually paint the center section.....

If I may: I wouldn't blanket it all. Maybe do the main control and lowest panels leaving the tape and meter portions grey? The thin trims above the woofers really seem to fit right. Such an intense project with the stenciling tho!

Oh, and maybe the handle.
