JVC RC-M90 RESTORATION QUESTIONS

Hi Everyone,


I need some advice. I want to Paint a M90 That needs restoration work.

1. Is the M90 Easy to Take Apart, (Remove the guts) like the M70 which is easy to do with a couple of screws?

2. Any advice for painting the front case, should I TRY TO mask off ALL of the Front lettering TO TRY TO SAVE THEM or paint over it completely? Any one no if the lettering is available to be printed? Any one have the pattern to take to a printer?

3. Any one do restoration work or should I tackle the job myself? I am in NYC.

Yes mask off front where lettering is

That area also needs paint where the lettering is. Lettering is clean though.

You can try to mask off letters only but not sure how it will look
