Correct
The M-70 uses paper not polypropylene.
color is different as well between the m-90 and m-70 speakers.

Hi Guys,
I'm going through a full restore of my e-bay M70 now. Some people say painting the speaker is sacrilege, but for me, they look cool in blue. I clean the cones with a soft toothbrush and used light compressed air to blow out the dust (what a mess). Afterwards, blue painters tape and some paint from home depot and they look great behind the grills (and cleaned and repainted). The shiny cover over the voice coil was cleaned with q-tips and rubbing alcohol. But don’t press on these too hard!
The speaker paint job does not have to be perfect; they are hidden behind the grills.

Yeah, I know I've read backs and forths of if painting affects sound quality... but those look like they were so water stained. I don't think a little paint will hurt it.
