Thanks guys I've been working all day on it. Greg only wants it cleaned up and a few other issues worked out including, DC battery operation working, line in working and tuner light working. Well I got it all cleaned inside and out and the line in and unit working on batteries. But the tuner lamp is giving me issues because the bulb I could use won't work due to too large of amperage. Other issues I'm having is the plastic on this unit is very brittle and many posts are broken.

I'm pretty sure I have a spare C100 lamp with wire. I'll look tonight and get it to you asap if I do.

PS, BIll, go to bed dude. Working on a boombox @12:30am, u nuts.

And about the broken posts, I know you don't use the acrylic cement but get some and fix the posts with that. You simply dip the broken post piece into the cement container while holding it with a small needle nose, and squish it to the rest of the post attached to the case. It's the only thing that works properly for those. You can even add strips of plastic bracing across or around the break with that cement.

Thanks Joe  the posts are completely broken into pieces. No way to glue and one post is completely gone for holding back. I did what I could for the ones that were completely in pieces. One speaker post, one that holds frame, both posts that hold ac socket. Not sure what's going on with this unit but I need to get more fuses. I double checked all wires and they are in right places. Only thing I really did was solder bad joint for line in, replace lamp, take apart the ac/dc switch to clean and when I checked unit the fuses blew. Can't see there being a short :hmmm:

Joe do you have an extra transformer board? I actually only need the ac socket with switch because there is something wrong with this one?

It's not that it's beat up, just seems like where ever it was stored caused the plastic to become very brittle. Just taking out screws is causing the post to crumble like the speaker post :hmmm:

Oh I see what you mean about the posts, very strange..... Maybe it was by a heat source for a lot of its life making the plastic dry out.

This is all I have left of C100 parts:
