Neato tape case lousy tape...

One of the more interesting of the cassette cases from the late-70s/early-80s is this Memorex case for the 'MRX' Oxide line of cassettes. Too bad the example of tape I have within is in lousy shape. Just to have something interesting, and because music just won't stick properly, I have recorded on it radio transmissions from the JFK assassination.

I have two of these. I found them when we cleaned out grandma's farmhouse in the late 80s. They're my favorite cases, very durable and harder to separate at the hinges.

I remember having them with me in the eighties!

Yep I bought three new ones back in the 80's…...
