need help for my M70

hello
I would like to clean a bit the speakers of my minty M70, I see there are 4 allen screws to remove, but will the grill and plastic round will come off gently so i can clean everything? is it easy to take off?

That is correct! Some of them are so hard to remove. I had no luck removing it in all three M70s I got. Warm water can soften most of the adhesives. Keep the temperature below 50C. I would try soaking it in warm water at ~50C (122F) and gently pry it out.

I would leave it alone if it is a mint box.

The black glue is applied here and there on some boxes and lavishly on others. This makes teh big difference is removing them.

I would do the same. I would leave it alone. Once you analyze the gain and loss, we would never try to pull it out especially on a mint box. In many cases the grill will bend out of shape in the pulling process which will never be the same.

I would go from inside and pull out speakers. The frame is pretty simple to pull out . This way you can clean up on inside and blow all dust n dirt out because dirt is killer of components

yeah but I don't want to take everything out of the box, i don't know how to, and I couldn't put all back on!!

AHHHHH.... Just do it.... Analise, take you time... Be one with the M70 and you will do it well! YEAH!

hey bredgeo merci mais franchement j'ai trop les boules de tout démonter et de ne pas savoir remonter ensuite!! mon M70 est vraiment nickel chrome on dirait un neuf!!! après c'est vrai que j'aimerais passer tout l'intérieur à la bombe à air et au spray cleaner , aussi j'aimerai remplacer la tête de lecture de droite qui est un peu rayée mais bon trop peur car je ne suis pas doué en électronique et peu patient!!! je l'adore déjà comme il est!! on verra peut être je me lancerai un jour
