An update has been applied to the forum that should fix a few issues, the most important being able to use image codes from TinyPic, Photobucket, etc. 
Also, all members from Eastern Europe and Russia should be able to get to the site now. Portions of the registration form were recoded to be more like the old site, which hopefully will reduce spammers as well as the old code did. Doing this allowed numerous IP ranges to be removed from the block list.
