I got this Conion last year and it was beat up and covered in stickers, but it still thumps!
I took the stickers off to restore it and can't decide on a color.. too many choices on my shelf!
Started sanding the top and sides tonight, and did some doodling on the woofer grilles..
I have a couple other C-100s that will get painted someday, but this one I want you wonderful member's to help pick the color!

Pearl or a gloss black. I've seen all the graffiti (including my own) boxes I care to see. Seeing something tasteful would be nice. And it'd be different. I love Conions and would like to see something nice happen to this one.

Anything has got to be better than what it looks like now
What are your plans for the tuner and VU lenses?

Two tone flat black and gun metal grey and keep the aluminum faceplate. I've been dying to do that with my pos. I think it will look sick!

Gotta say I'm pleasantly surprised at how the poll is turning out.. :-)
I'll "officially" end it Sunday night and choose the winner! ;-)

Well, the VU meters lense will polish out nicely.. but, the tuner window has yellowed almost the whole thing! :-/ I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.. :hmmm:
There is a bit of paint overspray on this unit which has formed a protective coating on a lot of the parts..
I polished up the side of one of the protector bars and it had a mirror shine!
THe main issue of repair is fixing the broken feet and one of the antenna hold downs..

On a related note, I went to the hardware store the other day and found all the screws needed for the back casing! They are threaded all the way down compared to half-threaded like the originals..
