Hey fellas. well After a near hit and miss error on switch gear repair on my 931. I'm all speed there. My next issue is speaker volumes jumping one side to the other. :hmmm: example. Radio can be engaged and woofers are hitting just right. Hit tape and say Left goes low but will woof like a pulse sound? I move 100hz slider all the way up right spkr goes out. Did clean on sliders 3 times. Seems only radio play woofers/tweets run at full.
So whats happening or I maybe missing? thank you... :-D

Try cleaning the tape/radio/aux function switch, head phone input connector area, and also the long record switch inside the unit with Deoxit contact cleaner .
After spraying the radio/tape function switch one has to work it well say 40 or 50 times back and forth to allow the cleaner to work well.

The function switch cleanup should clear the issue.
