As summer came to a close Scott, Joe and I decided to meet one last time. I of course had some new boxes in my arsenal to jam with. Joe brought me about five boomers to try and repair and rebelt decks. Scott brought me a couple new ones he had including his Marantz 8000 which if not for the 90 MHz tuner that box would be BEAST!!!!

Joe also brought his three speaker TDK.... Awesome awesome box... Gotta get me one and of course I couldn't talk Joe out of his

I had my new Sharp VZ2000, Sanyo Big Ben, Clairtone 7978, Sharp GF9494 and Conion Technisonic TC999 to show them  I think Scott fell in love with Ben

He also brought his new Fisher PH460 for me to look over and a super mini which is so tiny but very heavy ;-).

Scott and I also worked a trade on two Lasonic I931's. he had just got the all white with chrome and five band EQ but really was more interested in my all White 1st edition I931 with IPod dock. So we did a switch-a-roo and he now has one with iPod dock.

I also had a little questionnaire contest where I asked both Joe and Scott 15 Boombox related questions and they had to answer to the best of there knowledge. There were actually no winners and Jeannie video tapped whole thing... Joe got six right and Scott got six wrong. Go figure  But in the end they both got a prize for great sportsmanship :-) The video is about sixteen minutes long and I'm going to try and upload it for you members to watch

So here are some pics and in last pic of us three if you look closely I am farting, Joe smells it and Scott thinks he is Yogi Bear holding my Big Ben like a picnic basket   enjoy!!!!

Just got an update from Bill on the 4 boomboxes he is trying to work on for me. He just finished getting the M90 cassette deck fully working!! For a M90 that was found on the curb in the trash, its amazing that it was an easy fix! I'm soooooo happy, thank you Bill! 3 more boxes to go! Hahahaha
