As promised, I repaired the lower deck guide as per your suggestions. On my first attempt I did a very good job of alining and bonding the pieces together. The cassette guide was rock solid, however it was too solid. When I tried to slide it in place it broke into 3 new pieces(sucks) . I rebonded it together except for the top bar, instead I left it broken to allow some give. This time it worked, once it was in place I glued the top bar together. Thank you all for your help, now I can finally use the bottom deck.
