Crown CSC-850/980 Tweeters

Hey guys,
I've got a 850 parts box and a 980 with a damaged tweeter. Do these two units share the same/equal tweeters? They look the same but 850 highs say 8 Ohm, doesn't say anything about wattage, the 980 highs say 4 Ohm, 12W. So I guess I can't use the 850 highs for the 980? The woofers on both models say 4 Ohm.

Thanks for the quick reply! Would I have to replace both highs then?

Edit: I think I found out that the 850 highs are 7W, so maybe I shouldn't hook 'em up to the 980?

I highly doubt the 980 put out 12 watts per channel. You should be safe. Might put out 3-7 watts
