Hitachi CX-W800 repairs

Hi,
new to site as I have just dusted off my CD 3D superwoofer CX-W800 which I bought from new, circa 1985 I think.
Radio still works ok and is still very loud but CD and tapes have given up the ghost along with needing a general tidy up.
Anyone know anyone that can repair these or where to start getting bits etc.

micro switches under the cassette decks were dirty and a clean with contact cleaner sorted em. Many things could be with the cd. Depends if the door switch is activating to a dirty laser or poss failed laser even. I've tweaked mine and it's so so on playback but am in heaven with it.

Without any more detailed problem description I would fully disassemble it, clean it, and take a close look (with a multimeter) at the CD switches (CD-door & laser [S901 / S902]).
Everything else is guessing, so pls. let us know what it is doing and what is not working.
