I was wondering if anyone has done this before. I am loving my 935 but will probably still hunt down my old flame, the 975. I have gotten (Realllllly) used to looking at the led lit EQ after dark. In fact I love it. I'm kinda like a two year old, love all the pretty lights. Anyway, they look like they would be easy to swap out, so I was wondering if anyone has done this yet. I know it would have to be wired into some power source to light the led's, right? So, please...some advice/opinions on this. As I am sure I will eventually get a 975 again, I would love for it to have the lit up 935 eq. Help please

I have been in and out of about 10 of these boxes (935, 951, 975). The EQs are swapable but the stand-offs for mounting that board to the front case are different in each of those three models and even throughout the same models :dunce: . So, measure the length of the stand-offs before securing the different board into the case and make sure it is the same length or if you have to cut it shorter or use spacers with longer mounting screws for the stand-offs.

I was thinking of putting my 935 LED EQ into my 951 but decided to just keep them original.

I'm pretty sure the boards are plug and play and won't need any additional wiring ;-) .

Blu fuz,
Thanks for the info. This is probably a "down the road" kinda dilemma, but it's good to know. I hope it is plug and play. That would make things easier. Still, I am not even looking for one for a little while(unless something amazing presents itself). I just figure it would be a best of both worlds situation.

I highly doubt it is plug n play with EQ  Many of the Lasonics were built by different manufacturers for Lasonic and used different parts
