Just got a Walkman EX-618 NM off E-Bay. It came with the remote external battery attachment and headphones. It works well and sounds very good.

It is quite then and has AMS and can repeat a song over and over.

It plays but I can tell that the belts will most likely need to be replaced. With a 15+ yrs old unit, that is to be expected.

Does anyone where know where i can get the right belts for this model? Also does anyone here quite experienced in doing repair and belts on Walkman's/

Thank you for your help.

You will most likely have to take old belt off and measure, then deduct 5-10% for stretch. You can either get belt from http://www.studiosoundelectronics.com Or DocP, a member here and on s2g.
