I had finally done a rebelt with cleaning on this deck. The play, FF work great, the rewind is great but then slows down when tape is 3/4 done rewinding. I have tried cleaning the rubber tire for rewind and FF plus cleaned all others with alcohol and have checked it rewind while apart and it seems like everything slows even motor. I also noticed the supply reel during rewind seems tighter than the other supply reel on FF. Both clutch brakes free up when in either mode so it's not slowing it down. Any ideas
