--------------------------

plain old clear color parafin wax --comes in a 2" x 6" x 1/2" bar --
get it at ace hardware --use a light coat -

its main purpose is to make things slide :-)

I normally always polish mine first with Wenol, then take wax paper and rub them up a little, not fancy but works for me..

If your antennas aren't shiny smooth then first you need to clean them with a little 000 steel wool, they will buff right out with just a few strokes.
Yup,this is what I do too, then I take a little 3-N-1 oil on a rag and wipe the antenna with it. Then it is smooth action and shiny.  :-D
