Lasonic trc 920 frequency dial broken

Hi,

Does anyone know how to fix the frequency dial or selector on a Lasonic trc 920. Mine is turning, but not moving the frequency...
Not sure what to do?

If the dial needle is not moving, but you can still tune in to radio stations, it could be that the needle has slipped off the tuner string.

If you turn the knob and the dial needle doesn't move AND you cannot tune any stations, the tuner string is probably broken.

You will need to open the 920 to find out what is happening.
